I wanted to say a huge thank you to both Sharon and Mike for their support with my Konica Minolta C5501.I had purchased this machine from a local company (who specialise in Konica Minolta Machines), they had agreed to survive the machine. 2 years in I was told that they no longer support the KM C5501 and would prefer if I upgraded. Upgrading wasn't an option for me at the time. I have a machine which simply needs a service and the basic service parts replacing. So clearly, they had me over the barrel. Having asked around. I was recommended to contact Sharon of Office Impressions; I was told that she runs a tight ship and that I would be very happy with the service. Within minutes of speaking with Sharon she had Mike (engineer) booked to see me.

When Mike arrived I found him to be an honest and easy going engineer. Which is great as the last engineers I used always left me feeling anxious. Overall I am very pleased to have found a genuine, honest company who wants to support my small business.
